We will send a cleaner or a team of cleaners depending on the size of the job. We will always endeavour to send the same cleaner or team each time, to ensure maximum efficiency.
We bring our own cleaning products which have been carefully chosen to be allergen free and pet friendly. They also protect your walls, surfaces and furniture as they do not contain strong chemicals. We are also happy to use your own tried and tested cleaning products!
Yes, the minimum is 2.5 hours. If you have a small place you may want to just book us every fortnight rather than weekly. Remember we do offer bed making and ironing so we could spend any extra time on those and make your life even easier!
Yes, we are fully insured, and all staff are CRB checked.
If you would like to be there when we clean that is fine, however if it is more convenient for you then we do have an optional keyholding service.
We discuss the size of the area/s to be cleaned, give you a quote, and then develop a cleaning checklist that is tailored to you. The checklist will be followed at each cleaning session, and work is always quality checked.
